GTHL punished them for having an unsanctioned activity for those games ( someone on the bench that should not have been). That sucks big time for them!

What the hell happened to Rattlers! So had someone unsanctioned on bench? Coach or player? What the full story here? They had to reverse 2 months of games because of this? That's crazy! There season is done now.

Dang this actually wild what happening to the Rattlers. In all my kids years of hockey I think this is the biggest punishment I've ever seen handed out. This a really big decision. This is serious.

I guess you can blame the coaching and management staff for not knowing the rules and requirements or just neglecting them all together.. It doesn't help that an opposing team's parent reports you either. The GTHL have to keep the kids safety in mind first always. Is it fair? Who knows. A lesson to all teams to ensure that all coaching staff have met the requirements of the G.

Yes, the league has been doing that lately, they are trying to clean up their image.

Are any teams planning to blow up so far?

So what actually happened here? The Rattlers had a coach on the bench who wasn't certified? What coach? What was missing? The organization would clearly have known this so why did they allow this? That makes no sense.

And how does an opposing team parent report them? How would they know if another teams coach isn't certified.

This story doesn't make sense and now the Rattlers entire season is screwed. And they were one of the best teams also!

Agreed but I guess having 15-16 parents upset they have to blame someone other than themselves.

GTHL prospects game Pony show from Rebels is in there that’s a joke ! Rules are rules parents saying this over and over GTHL is cleaning up there league ok how many of you are shopping teams right now ? Any offers ? Remember rules are rules ! Rattlers players got railroaded parents even more they paid for this and one mom who’s son was cut from the team is vengeful ! Careful if you see her at any illegal BIRTHDAY SKATES and her son doesn’t make the team she just might end that teams season RULES are RULES !

Too many vengeful parents in this age group when their kids aren’t the superstar. Complete trash! Their kids won’t get anywhere. You know how many parents I’ve seen throw temper tantrums over ice time or that little Johnny didn’t get and C or A?! Can’t accept that their kid is average so try to knock back a kid that stands out who has actual talent. Some people think scoring goals is everything but your kid doesn’t have any hockey sense, is not physical and wants the team to revolve around him!!?? Get a grip.
