If your kid is a top AAA fwd then he would already be committed. Or at least fake committed to until someone better comes along.
If you’re asking this question in this MHT forum, you’re either a bottom end G AAA fwd, a middling OMHA kid or a G AA kid. And you have no clue what depravity goes on in this forum.
Find a coach that will get your kid top mins and play there. If you’re coming to the G AAA and are promised top mins you’re in for a rude awakening after you pay your $15G’s. No refunds.

Agreed. Also, why not give one extra kid a shot, while also helping the budget

In reality, they won’t be a 10th, because injuries are far too common in U16. There won’t be one team who rides a 10th F all year long
