What did JW do to create all this ? Heard about board meetings but not what went down other than his swearing.

Like all of elgins coaches and board they are only there for their own selfish reasons - they could care less about your kids or emc. This egomaniac latched onto a group of kids he thought would make him look good - and he ruined them. As mentioned no one is getting drafted high enough to matter.
