there is nothing that makes knowledgeable hockey people more mad than that Fraud posing like he has a clue how to develop kids. He can barely skate or shoot. There is a reason why almost all his ex Brick players never seek his “expertise” again. All those kids find a real coach and never look back.
I would never pay someone the big money most people charge unless the coach drops my jaw with his skill and knowledge and how he talks to the kids. There are very few coaches like that, but once you see a legit development coach compared to the “monopoly” of TBD and PROHOC, you shake your head at why those guys complete control over the “top” kids in the formative years of skill development. This is why the states teams have a much higher quality skill set. We have two fat Italians or a drunk idiot to choose from. Brick hysteria leads everyone to just hand over money to these toxic morons and waste valuable time in development.

Guido would be the 94th best player in a 40 plus Monday night beer league. He has nothing to do with the development of the kids he coaches, if anything he hurting their development. The reality is those kids' parents invested more time and money and the kids got an early leg up but the gap is closing fast, especially with bad development and coaching. If you think Guido is an elite level coach with a development program that will produce high level U14-U16 athletes you are in for a rude awakening. The fact the Marlies don't see that is crazy.

The best goalies should play on the worst teams, if they still get a shutout against one of the top 4 teams then you can call them the best.
