Can’t wait until the OR players show up to signing day and realize they committed to an AA team. It’s going to be amazing. Had a good run here but if you plan on staying revisit your decision and get the hell out!

There’s only 4 left that haven’t told the coaches they’re leaving. By the end of the day tomorrow it might be 2.

Let’s put the OR posts to bed. Everyone knows where they’re going and where their top 7 players are going. It’s no secret anymore. And if you don’t know then you’re out of the conversation. They committed to some players that no one wants to play with or coach or be friends with. So they can roll with those guys and enjoy. It’s amazing that it’s even being debated. We all know they’re going west to a great program in black, grey, and white and to a great coach and roll model that will make your kid a better hockey player unless you as a parent Not Allowed it up for them. And if you don’t believe me just wait and see the starting lineups next season and I’ll watch as you exit in disbelief even though you were warned.

Great programs are not ranked 30th in the province. It's the last stop for kids desperately trying to stay in AAA hockey.

I guess time will tell. With the first year of open borders I don't think anyone can sit here in Feb and make any meaningful predictions about next year until everyone locks in their rosters. VK and JRC will be the top 2 teams heading into next year, that's about the only prediction someone could make with any reasonable certainty. TM will always be in the mix with the core they have and the reality is that crest means something. If the Sudbury boys end up in one spot that will meaningfully impact the competitive balance.
Whoever the OR insider poster is, clearly has an axe to grind or way too much time on their hands.

I've spoken to probably 20+ parents who apparently have a commitment from RC (all players, not goalies). Be prepared for some decommits. And definitely offering subsidiaries for players he wants but are concerned about the $$$$, so be warned parents you're subsidizing. If he wants to try and build a top team with the TYN 7/8 F and the 4/5 D, gl RC!
