I agree with the poster. 44/17/19/34/8 add 10 are support players. You don’t build a team around them. Everyone knows them well, others have tried to fix but they are still either too soft or too selfish.

Good teams aren’t built around anybody. They are a team and each of these players have a role. So will all the new pieces. That’s what makes it great no one is bigger or better then the team. Unlike players on VK JRC and SENS where coaches are on speed dial. Fu$K some nights they got 3 dads walking them to the car jeez.

Go look at all the other coaches instas. Not one bit of promotion for their players RP is all about his players. Always looking at the next level for his players and celebrating their accomplishments at the next level. It’s a no brainer for these guys to jump to TM. VK JRC Coaches promoting themselves and their business nothing else. Tell me I’m wrong.

Rp you finally have had your work cut out for you with this team haven’t you. Little different than many passing things over to you in past full of team first and culture. Now your colours are coming out that in fact you can’t coach shit.. But all those big wigs around the glass praise the jersey and yourself. They know shit about what it takes to build a team. Again I give you advice once again and please take it. Start with the little midget in back end and dump him. Dont stop there continue with the 2 money bags next and the puck hog centre. Now you can start to build a winning culture and people can take you seriously.

Find out why past teams are all pissed off at the old man. Then there’s that little issue of padding personal stats. I was there and a lot of people are not happy. Why would the Marlies allow that type of character in their org. This is what the Marlies call a great kid and family? Thanks but no thanks.
