Coaches Next Year !
VK: Absolute nut job but seems to keep top guys happy with an overload of Ice. They win games but his Assistant is the mastermind.
TM - Very hot and cold with his players and seems to be in it for his own agenda.
JRC- Like him or not, he can coach the right way.
MS - Feel like he's a good guy, Just to many mouths to feed on that team and tries his best to keep them happy.
Reps: Assistant coach from this year, seems out to lunch.
MM: Winner in the past, keeps his core together and rolls the lines.
DMF: Teaches the kids absolutely nothing and over promise's to get a commitment.
MR: Rides his son who's an average player but what parent coach doesn't. Plays top teams well.
TRW: Doing shockingly well at the 09 level this year so kudos but will have a money guy next season.
TT: No clue how he's even coaching.
NYR: Organization is a mess top to bottom.

Honestly, from the 6 to 7 coaches I know - fairly accurate.

I'd say same, accurate for the ones I'm familiar with over the years.
Harsh for TT no? I assume same coach?
Do we even know who the real head coach is at JRC. I think DD is the mastermind there. They don’t lose when he’s on the bench.
Team very divided with half choosing JT and the other half choosing DD. To many cooks in the kitchen.
From having older kids that played AAA as well and being around the game.
DD is a great structured coach. He’s just obviously very rough around the edges and that’s why people don’t like him.
JT is a players coach and coaches to win hockey games his way or no way.
Regardless of what people wanting to say, having a parent opening the door, these two guys could care less about what any parent thinks. Both are definitely not perfect, but neither is minor hockey. JRC has it right with those two behind the bench.

Question?? Would jrc coach JT or DD be able to turn the marlies around to a contender?? Or actually what coach could or would fit for marlies group. We blame the players but who is actually steering the ship should have the blame.

DD runs things got the best player on the team under his wing plus money man. Not to mention he’s been with org for a long time U16 is his baby. Tell me different.

JT is a coach, his JRC team has a bunch of small below average players, how are they so good? I heard he’s very difficult and hard to work with but knows his stuff

He would have them as contenders but comes with a price. JRC families are boring and don’t even know him, he has demons. My other boy is 2006 and he coached the MM who were contenders. He attacked other coaches multiple times, got caught tampering and convinced his buddie to take a three year suspension for him, stole a business from him. I promise he has sat in a player on your teams house and lied to them. Choose wisely

Probably didn’t get a call back or a parent cut. They’re doing better than last year with 8 or 9 AA players. Remember, anyone can coach a top team. How many coaches can coach a recycled bottom team?

They play 5 kids. That’s how. Wong change next year lots are connected will get worse U16 pets will be show cases.

It’s very simple everyone. RP simply can’t coach or develop teams and players. Look at his current team and players, need I say more.
Thought the same. If he’s such a great developer why does the team look like they’re in shambles. The guys he has brought in are duds. AC’s guys are still the ones he leans on. AC is the one that should take credit for those players development not AC. Next year he will pooch from other teams and then claim that it was his development that got them drafted. Same bs year after years. RP does not develop.
