Coaches Next Year !
VK: Absolute nut job but seems to keep top guys happy with an overload of Ice. They win games but his Assistant is the mastermind.
TM - Very hot and cold with his players and seems to be in it for his own agenda.
JRC- Like him or not, he can coach the right way.
MS - Feel like he's a good guy, Just to many mouths to feed on that team and tries his best to keep them happy.
Reps: Assistant coach from this year, seems out to lunch.
MM: Winner in the past, keeps his core together and rolls the lines.
DMF: Teaches the kids absolutely nothing and over promise's to get a commitment.
MR: Rides his son who's an average player but what parent coach doesn't. Plays top teams well.
TRW: Doing shockingly well at the 09 level this year so kudos but will have a money guy next season.
TT: No clue how he's even coaching.
NYR: Organization is a mess top to bottom.

Honestly, from the 6 to 7 coaches I know - fairly accurate.

I'd say same, accurate for the ones I'm familiar with over the years.
Harsh for TT no? I assume same coach?
Probably didn’t get a call back or a parent cut. They’re doing better than last year with 8 or 9 AA players. Remember, anyone can coach a top team. How many coaches can coach a recycled bottom team?
Exactly .. wings and reps coaches lose top guys every season but still manage to compete season after season

Agree. No personal experience but from what I've heard GN good coach.
They’re not money coaches there. Maybe that’s why they’ve never been a top team when he coached the other age group for TT. They were a bottom team in pewee and were a competitive playoff team for a few years going into u16. This year’s TT team is much better than last year and have around the same total wins as TYN, Rebs and TRW which is pretty impressive seeing that none of those teams were at the very bottom last year and didn’t have to snag mostly AA talent. GN coached my older son a few years back and it was an honest and positive experience. Some of these cut throat top teams or mid pack teams come with lots of cancers, politics and mind games. Unless you’re the cream of the crop, I think being coached by an honest coach, who can develop and avoid all the money and deals thrown at them, is the best option. Also not being a parent coach helps big time

I agree with the poster. 44/17/19/34/8 add 10 are support players. You don’t build a team around them. Everyone knows them well, others have tried to fix but they are still either too soft or too selfish.

Unlike players on VK JRC and SENS where coaches are on speed dial. Fu$K some nights they got 3 dads walking them to the car jeez.

Marlies always brings in the crowds. Even AC could admit that. Lots of top 3 rounders on that team next year. Best part coaches and org very connected at next level always working for their players. Agent, coach, Org working for kids to reach next level. That’s why they don’t lose their minds over wins and losses they get the big picture. Not one JR or ohl coach or GM is going to ask you what was your minor hockey career like. They already know who’s who. Everyone starts over after next year. Good luck to all.
DD JRC is the only other coach that promotes his players. The rest are a bunch of selfish in it for themselves lunatics.

Decently accurate. Wouldn't change a thing on the best rooms, hear the cultures great from those 3.
I would put the Nats first and TM/VK as close seconds.
