2015 AAA
Re: 2015 AAA
None , all the top teams are remaining the same , it will come down to who can recruit the best without threating people to play for them if they want to play brick.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 10:17 am What’s biggest coaching surprise when they announced in 2 days?
TT
TRW
NYR
These teams seem to be changing hands but in reality nobody cares , it was executable that AK would fail yet again from day 1.

Yeah good comeback, truth hurtsGuest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 11:47 amEnjoy the bottom division of playoffs.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 11:40 am Still triple shifting your one or two “best” players?
Proper coaching is essential to retain and build a great team, won’t be able to get away with doing special favors for parents in the long run. Many options with open borders.
Might be flu season but looks like REPS are doing something right.
Re: 2015 AAA
REPS still have a few kids that could be playing AA and if they don't make those changes they will struggle next year #27 #8 #34 all need to goGuest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 1:58 pmYeah good comeback, truth hurtsGuest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 11:47 amEnjoy the bottom division of playoffs.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 11:40 am Still triple shifting your one or two “best” players?

Re: 2015 AAA
You’re talking about 9 year olds dyckhead. Point is a good coach will develop all players not make himself look good for the W by triple shifting players that may be a bit advanced because they’ve been playing hockey 24/7 since they’ve been 4 and benching the other children.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 2:44 pmREPS still have a few kids that could be playing AA and if they don't make those changes they will struggle next year #27 #8 #34 all need to goGuest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 1:58 pmYeah good comeback, truth hurtsGuest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 11:47 amEnjoy the bottom division of playoffs.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 11:40 am Still triple shifting your one or two “best” players?

This is all practice under U14, best coaches build and retain talent until then. A coach with great integrity will always attract good players and parents. Coaches who lack integrity will attract those who lack integrity themselves.

Great REPS culture with parents calling out other kids on their team in an open forum internet.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 2:44 pmREPS still have a few kids that could be playing AA and if they don't make those changes they will struggle next year #27 #8 #34 all need to goGuest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 1:58 pmYeah good comeback, truth hurtsGuest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 11:47 amEnjoy the bottom division of playoffs.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 11:40 am Still triple shifting your one or two “best” players?

Clearly all your first go around in hockey, every team has a bad apple parent wise or two and it's up to the coach to weed those bad apples out.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 6:38 pmThe Nats parents have been doing this for months here.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 5:27 pmGreat REPS culture with parents calling out other kids on their team in an open forum internet.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 2:44 pmREPS still have a few kids that could be playing AA and if they don't make those changes they will struggle next year #27 #8 #34 all need to goGuest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 1:58 pmYeah good comeback, truth hurtsGuest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 11:47 amEnjoy the bottom division of playoffs.Guest wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2025 11:40 am Still triple shifting your one or two “best” players?

This time of year is the best when you see parent cuts go wild on this amazing forum and that's exactly why they are cuts. 2nd time around for me and it's rinse and repeat with parents.
