Enjoy the susy #50 - great way to end your season. And your coach is caught on a hot mic telling the SIR coach to "STFU" after you lost. It wasnt a ref issue, its a coach issue for Leaside.
Same this happened to us when we played Leaside. Once the game is out of reach the stupid hockey comes out and that all on the coach for not controlling that behavior. This is why they were a bottom team last season and are one again this season.

I've noticed a lot of comments about Leaside and how their coaches encourage fighting. But before jumping to conclusions, it's important to understand where these kids are coming from. When you're growing up in a tough neighborhood, sometimes aggression is a way of survival, not just a game strategy. That doesn’t excuse bad coaching, but it does explain why certain attitudes develop. Instead of just criticizing, maybe we should be looking at how to support these kids and give them better opportunities.
As a top-tier Forest Hill dad, my problem is with numbers 13, 23, and 88 from Leaside. They’re brutal and belong in house league. On top of that, they play dirty as hell. Funny how number 88 used to be third-line and GPR—what a joke. 😭
Talking about other kids is crazy, especially after the SB parents were telling these boys to f*ck off that is crazy insanity I am a parent of SB too
No, you're not an 'SB' parent because nobody would write SB instead of SIR. Nice try though.... 14 year old kids have found MHT.
I see you “top tier forest hill dad” or should I say, player from a different level. I see the commonality between those 3 numbers you called out and know it’s not them being known as dirty or house league level players. The jig is up. We are on to you!

It’s more disrespectful to stop trying imo.

Once you hit double digits you play your weaker players exclusively, switch your forwards and defense, something. But I'm sure SIR parents will find a way to make themselves victims for this garage too.

Largest margin in at least 3 years in 2010A , east or west. The Eagles have been the strongest team over that period. Not once have they pushed a goal differential higher than 10. Best anyone else has done is 14 or 15. It takes incredible effort and focus to score 18 goals with a running clock. To hit 18 you can't let up for a minute. No icings on the PK. Always rush it. Forget about swapping forwards and D. We're on a mission here. Three passes before any shot? You think this is house league? Tell your boys to keep pushing. Quick changes on whistles. Get to centre ice fast after every goal. Don't waste a second of precious time. 18-0 is a coaching masterpiece.

I've always tried to get my son on a team with a great coach. A coach who will not just develop them, but teach them important life lessons through sport. "Kick a man when he's down" is just the kind of thing I wish our coach impressed on my kid.

When every shot you take goes in what do you do? Pull the goalie and play with 3??? I saw this coming but what can ya do! I believe it was 18 by the end of the second! But scream away. You know what WB didn’t do??? Play like a bunch of sucky undisciplined children. Took the L and moved on and on that note I applaud them. That’s good coaching on WB part. Enjoy your Friday everyone and keep the hits coming

Not that anyone really cares, but where was this outrage when NT put a 15 spot on GP?? Or is it 18 that is the mark that gets the pigeons chirping? Oh the opinions of sheep matter not to a wolf!!! The evil empire stirs up hockey talk yet again!(insert darth vadar theme song” what would you do without us! They hate us they really hate us!🤣🤣

That hate us ‘cuz they ain’t us.

Sir practiced their systems perfectly. Moved the puck around, waited for opportunity. They didn’t celebrate, didn’t do a between the legs, no Michigans, they made use of the game to prepare for the next.

It’s unfortunate the ice was so tilted but that’s not SIR’s fault. As another poster said, kudos to WB for not sucking out and playing dirty.

You know what the best part of this argument against SIR for the score is, the complaints are coming from parents not affiliated with WBH. If you were at the game, you would understand the score...every shot went in, near or far...it didn't matter.

There was no celebrations after the goals

The best part of the game is the class WBH has always shown in what must be a very a difficult season to play through, no cheap shots, just keep playing as best they can...cudos to the man behind the bench.

The real fun starts in over a week...good luck to the top 8...going to be a great playoffs
