Proper coaching is essential to retain and build a great team, won’t be able to get away with doing special favors for parents in the long run. Many options with open borders.

Love that everyone hates on JRC TM, TYN, DMF

Top 4 always get talked about that's how this goes , 2014, 2013, 2012 same thing.

It felt super disrespectful to hear that I’m not sure how to explain the situation to our son. Anybody else having a problem with this?
