They lost more than they got rid of, and they got rid of the wrong ones.

It rarely works out. It comes down to can that parent coach be unbiased towards his own kid? Most times they can't.
I get the whole parent coach labelling, but what's the difference with Managers or "sponsors" pushing their narrative. To me that's even worse, like what's going on with the RW

Uhh, the coach has a little more influence over your kids development than does a manager or sponsor. Sounds like a Sens Dad or soon to be Sens Dad trying to make the most of a mess. Plus when was the last time RV coached U12?

Managers and sponsors influence is way worst then parent coach. At least in a parent coached team you go in knowing what you’re in for and majority of parent coaches are unpaid. The silent control and parents buying control like TRW is the worse case scenario as i bet majority of families had to clue what they signed up for. But it’s easy to point fingers at parent coaches as the problem.

Ask MM parents they were on here weeks ago trashing him so they can’t be that happy and they were hoping for a coaching change. If your kid is coming from a AA team that has seen success stay where you are and don’t move him to a team that’s been at the bottom for years theres a reason you don’t see AAA players looking to go there, I think this years MM was rebuilt with mostly AA and look how that turned out

I agree the TRW is hiding behind coaches basically calling the shot but making it look like they’re impartial
No wonder there’s players want to leave
And yes your best player is leaving to JRC
