Hey TR goalie dad. Please stay off the AAA thread and stop bragging about your kid. Your kid is not the best goalie in AA, the better goalies are in the West. You can see it in the stats clearly.

Not TR dad but you CAN CLEARLY SEE IT IN THE STATS he's been one of the top goalies since U10.

Good goalie but u10 has nothing to do with u14. Clearly not too anymore. Better goalies in both east and west.

Clearly in first place again with another subpar defence. Always someone better. Again, he's one of top goalies. Cry harder

Good goalie and best tandem for sure but the stats don't lie there are better in both loops.

SYB has 7 teams for the 2025-26 season that are all paid coaches. 3 coaches double dipping, coaching 2 teams with in the same organization. 1 coach only with 1 team.
They have the highest fees in the whole AA loop. Coaches being absent for multiple practises and games due to over commitment trying to coach both teams. They have the shitty attitudes and walk around like they are gods greatest gift to hockey.
You better hope you don’t have a question or concern cause if you go to the GM of the organization, she will 100% do nothing.

Do yourself a favour and go to any Bruins game and talk to a family to about there experience. You will be mind blown, I promise you that!

My kid is a fwd on the team and have to agree. It is too much on coaches plate trying to coach multiple teams. His communication and organization isn't the best on most days, this just adds a extra level.

Is the coach great? No. Is he bad? Also no. They found another coach for 2009 that players like.

Not sure if we will stay or move on for a different voice. There is a level of favoritism that clearly now you wouldn't want to ask about.

Would have been nice if the Coach, GM and parent talked and I am sure no one would be airing team drama on this forum.

Might be a stupid question. If the SYB organization is aware of people that are NOT happy with these coaches due to, let’s just say having to much on there plate.
I just don’t understand why do they give these guys more than one team if parents that are paying top dollar to be there are complaining?

If you’re running a business, and your paying customers are not happy, you would think you would make the proper changes.

This is not an unreasonable question, but let me provide some context. This team has been together for several years with minimal turnover, and the two players/families who have departed have since returned, indicating strong confidence in the coaching staff that has been consistently in place throughout. While it’s true that, like any relationship, dynamics can evolve over time, this team has maintained a solid and positive track record.

What we are witnessing here appears to be the perspective of one disgruntled parent attempting to undermine the credibility of both the general manager and the coaching staff, likely in an effort to influence matters before the season concludes. It's clear that this individual’s actions may have contributed to the decision that their son will not be invited back for future seasons.

This isn't the only age group at SYB with drama, just someone finally called it out and then Coach and GM panicked to save face. Many are upset and many changes will happen as a result of this. Too bad the roster was decent.

Let’s hear some of the stuff you SYB families are not happy with? If this coach doesn’t have a kid on the team & your paying him for god sakes, what could make it so bad?
Maybe that way it could help us that are coming from OMHA, looking for a new home for next year.
