What about making an “understandable mistake” … 14 times?

More MR ignorance. Crying 9.13(b) says "understandable mistake". Firstly, the only thing understandable here is they you didn't understand the rules and made the mistake in thinking the rules didn't actually matter and didn't need to be followed. But secondly, the rules literally say that failure to review game sheet or team roster doesn't count as an understandable mistake. It literally says this directly in the rules. How dumb can MR be. But playoffs are set now so hopefully we don't have to hear any more MR crying on this stupid matter.

9.13 – Effect of an Ineligible Player or Team Official Participating in a Game

(b) Where a Club or Team Official submits that the participation of an ineligible player or Team Official was the result of an understandable mistake (and not an error resulting from a failure to review the Official Game Report or the Team’s roster form), and where the points lost by the Team as a result of this Regulation would exceed six (6), the Club or Team Official may provide a written explanation to the Executive Director and request a hearing before a Special Committee to determine whether or not circumstances exist for relief from this Regulation.

I don't even see how VP is punished. Granted they would have played a legit 8 seed team, but they would have to play the Rattlers eventually not to mention, this coach is going AAA AND this VP team has played AAA tournaments all year. Don't they want some sort of challenge? I think if my kid was there, I'd be bored crushing teams all year and want to play a top team righ5 away.

More accurately the OHF upheld the decision on appeal. Because it’s a black and white decision.
