I don't know which team your watching but steady improvement? What improvement? After 3 year of coaching the 2013's, the best they can do is 5 wins.
Titans have the players this year. They should have more wins. It's true their coach sucks and he will not win more games even if you give him a top 4 team roster.

PF Islanders went from fourth place to win the AA league. I'd rather go with someone who wins and knows how to coach than someone who won 8 games in 3 years.
