Ummm. Isn’t the TA head coach a paid coach who doesn’t have a kid in the team? What am I missing?

I’ve heard this is how TA operates unfortunately. I know of a few kids that have both left and been cut from the team in the past and it’s really underhanded. Unfortunate because I hear the paid coach is pretty good but ultimately he has no say really in what happens with the team. Hopefully TA parents are reading this and not blindsided. Any idea (obviously generally) where the kids are coming from? East division A? Higher teams or lower teams?

For the safety of the kids, SIR’s round 2 opponent should refuse to play in any Scarborough rink.

Don't think SIR would have finished first if it wasn't for this problem. Reffing in Scarborough rinks is a real issue, both for integrity and player safety.

This is the situation the G created. If teams cut kids now and “do the right thing” that parent could complain to the league and coach is screwed. So as a result kids are literally going to be cut at tryouts and left scrambling. This will be the case with all teams.

Can a WH parent or coach tell us what happened? We already know SIR’s version.
Totally bone headed move by SIR 27. its a 4-0 game with 4 min left in the 3rd and he blows up the goalie. Game goes south out from there. We didnt have restraint either.
The SIR coach is to blame - how does this keep happening. he should be suspended from the playoffs.
