Not one single team has been complimented on this page at all by people. Some guys are just so into this its consuming their lives, as soon as they are done posting they move to their kids IG Page to update their stories on what a great goal they scored in 23-1 win over a Tier 2 team or 4 shutouts in a tournament win where they won every game by 12 goals. Reps will be full of Drama so I am not surprised if parents are finally seeing it and decommiting.
In my opinion as an outsider any team that will have some level of association with OHP or other money making school ( organizing skates and making tons of money as a business) is morally flawed. There will be peer pressure throughout the year on parents - some kids will train throughout the year and coaches have a good way of getting a monetary kickback or kids playing for free at the expense of other parents.
Do the math - how much ice costs + coaches fee and how much per players you are paying . How much cash OHP makes every session without paying any taxes on it . It’s daylight robbery !!! Shame on the team who is utilizing the platform to make money while playing with parents/kids emotions .

team is not from another team core, so OHP has been helpful in organizing skates and getting things going. Its hard to build a team from scratch. They will also help run a spring program. That's it. Almost all ohp programs are u7, u8, u9... so I dont even understand the comment about pressure to do ohp stuff all year? Playing a few age groups down? ok bud
most of this is rooted in racism and sexism. Good job

I didn’t really think the Reps were top tier but if I was a Rep parent I’d be happy because someone thinks they are based in the company they keep on this whacky message board.
