This is not true at all. Kids may be getting recruited, but not all teams are doing this and definitely not all teams are confirmed.
The only teams that matter are set. Will be some displaced kids. But, they’ll have other orgs to go to. Everyone will find a spot. But if your kid is on the bubble, I’d be talking to the coach of their current aaa team before tryouts.
Teams have always pretty much been set before tryouts, but now players can tryout where they belong, without wasting money trying out for a team they’ll never make.
EMC has swooped in to grab LJK and CKC kids. Brantford with some rumored pickups. Looking like a couple super teams with no one to compete with in their loop. Going to be some surprised families/players unfortunately.
I get LJK kids maybe looking at EMC, but in what universe is a CKC kid going to EMC? Where the Brantford pickups coming from?
In a universe where RD&RS promise them the world. Promises are working though. Apparently 2 new goalies and 2 new D.

What's insane is the constant online bullying of a former player and his parents. Let it go already. It's gross. It makes your team and organization look horrendous.
What's insane is saying RD/RD has nothing to do with the team but one is the coach and the other was in Quebec coaching the team and running the timeout.
I hope the London kids have really weighed their decision to go there and know what they are signing their child up for.

RD and RS are not involved with 2012s for next year they've called everyone on our team and others all week long
