There is no well coached AA team in 2014 right now. Anyone telling you that is stupid
So what does that say about the coaches of the 2 referenced AAA teams? Call it a wash, AA coaching or Reps/Rebels?
Let's put things into perspective

TW (AA team with superb coaching) beat the majors.
The majors are marginally better than the reps and rangers.

You do the math.
Really bad take here. Funny part is TW is losing that coach to AAA
Let me get this straight—according to this theory, the TW coach heads to NYR with his son and a handful of TW players, and suddenly NYR transforms into a top 5 team? While coaching is certainly important, a team’s success ultimately hinges on its talent, structure, and work ethic. That said, I do see a realistic outcome: with the TW coach’s influence and reputation, NYR could attract stronger recruits in the coming years. The combination of leadership and an enhanced roster could indeed make a significant impact.
AK no longer the head coach of NYR?

You play for those bottom teams you’re just hoping for something or you’re chasing that extra A. Is it good coaching? Those bottom teams turn over 6-8 kids a year and make very minimal progress if any in the standings.

My god, what you've just wrote is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever read. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone on this blog is now dumber for having read it. What in the world does coaching have to do with turning over players or hoping for something. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Why so angry? Lots of god in your monologue lol

My point is - ppl join those teams hoping it’s going to go well. It’s pretty clear from the two year sample size - it’s not going well. Those teams still have spots available. I’m not sure what you’re not understanding but my point is - those coaches are not great. They’re going to be right at the bottom for another year, while
Promising those joining changes and optimism only to produce the same results. I am sorry you joined one of those teams and I offended you
