Yeah so the league sends the message with the suspensions they hand out. Use a bad word, 7 games, elbow a goalie in the head or run a kid into boards 2-3, hit from behind AFTER final whistle 2 or 4 minutes unserved penalty. They could clean up A if they the refs and league followed their own rulebook, and then teams like SIR and VRE would take their place in the middle of the pack. Oh wait, VRE is already there…
