Didn’t a parent from another team call a player something similar? What were the repercussions of that situation?
CMs parents filed a complaint with alliance. Video and witness statements were provided and proved CM to be a liar so nothing comes of it other than the defamation lawsuit against CMs family.
Except I was there and I’m from another team, so completely unbiased.. saw the whole thing just outside of the dressing rooms as the kids were coming off the ice. The kid didn’t lie. Word on the street is the accused tried to shut everyone up with some big scary legal papers. No one goes that far out of their way to cover up something if they didn’t do anything wrong. Not worth anyone’s time or money. Defamation case, that would be impossible because of what I saw and heard in my opinion. Grab a lawyer and have them request the videos from Western Fair and LiveBarn if you're so invested. Message Alliance and see if they'll send you their copies. Another great deflection by EMC...can't handle people talking about the issue of CM calling a Cambridge player g@y.

Because EMC is never wrong! They'll fight this because it's just not fair and he's a good kid.
