Statements like that could only be taken serious from a real coach or someone who knows the game. A coach with the track record like yours has no grounds to speak lol. You wouldn’t know talent or even what to do with it if it smacked you in the face

They need to cut half the teams, find qualified coaches and pick the best players based on merit and develop them.
