Yes. Used a slur, got caught. 7 games. Cya
WH is unraveling at the seams. Is there a way they can somehow blame the Scarborough coaches for this one too????
This can’t be true! WH darlin’s would never do such a thang.

Said Not Allowed. Gets 7 games. GTHL rules re getting out of hand on language. No excuse for WH. This is happening all over. If it’s not racial, we need to make less harsh suspensions for words. Doesn’t make sense that physical fighting is 5 games and a word is 7. Better to use fists? I don’t know. I’d rather have my kid get called a Not Allowed than have to sit out after an injury from fighting.
This is across the board. Does GTHL have a list of words that can’t be said? I’ve heard of so many suspensions for words that are not even offensive in the reality of things. I guess they should just punch someone instead. Or just don’t get caught

totally SIR's fault they instigated the kid into saying it, within ear shot of the ref.

I mean this is totally true, but I wasn’t going to say that. Hence, just don’t get caught. But the words (it rhymed with itch starts with a b) holding more value than violence is the world we live in, and it doesn’t work well when trying to keep hockey physically safe. It seems an unreasonable punishment. For all and any kids or any age.

Could you say it to a co-worker in the office? then Don't say it on the ice, the kids all know the rules.

I agree 100 percent. I’m
Not on any of these team by the way. The 7 game rule for words is insanity. Another GTHL woke move that hurts kids way more by keeping them off the ice for so long after using their voice, rather than their fists. Kids all over are being forced to sit out an unreasonable amount of time. And no, my kid has never had this happen, so no, I’m not just bitter. But I think his day will come. They all say stuff. One game would teach the lesson. 7 games makes kids fester in more anger. GTHL is gonna ruin this game one way or another.

I say it to my boss all the time.
Difference is players have adrenaline rush going on when playing at high intensity.

In the heart of the battle, the Force stands tall,
With power and skill, they answer the call.
Against the Aeros, they rise to the test,
A team of pure grit, they’re simply the best.

Five points they've gathered, just one more to claim,
The Aeros are shaking, feeling the flame.
With every pass, every move they create,
The Aeros' defense simply can't relate.

The whistle blows, the game begins,
Forest Hill's warriors know they’ll win.
One point away from the victory crown,
The Aeros can only try to hold them down.

A slap of the puck, a thunderous shot,
The Aeros' hopes? They’re all for naught.
Forest Hill’s speed, their strength, their might,
The Aeros are left with no chance in sight.

With a final surge, the Force will strike,
A victory that'll send them to the sky like a bike.
No more doubt, no more fear,
Forest Hill Force, the champions here.

So let the Aeros tremble and sigh,
As Forest Hill Force soars to the sky.
A series won, a battle of heart,
For Forest Hill, the kings of the sport!

And the difference is if you call a name at work you might get fired. If you punch a guy at work, you’ll get arrested. Not the case in the G! Punishment doesn’t fit the crime.
