2009 east AA
Re: 2009 east AA
Absolutely awful what happened to the TA player. Do we have an update on how he's doing?
But watching the replay multiple times, I really think it is an accident and not a dirty play that happened.

The incident involved a shoulder-to-shoulder collision that unfortunately ended with an injury. However, it was not a dirty play in any way.Guest wrote: ↑Sat Mar 08, 2025 1:26 am Absolutely awful what happened to the TA player. Do we have an update on how he's doing?

It is incredibly disappointing to witness the behavior of some TA parents. Attempting to enter the opposing team’s bench area and engage with coaches and players is completely unacceptable.
Additionally, standing by the boards and directing aggressive behavior towards a linesman, who was simply trying to ensure the injured player received the necessary medical attention, is beyond inappropriate.
I sincerely hope the GTHL conducts a thorough investigation into this matter and takes appropriate action regarding this conduct, holding those responsible accountable for their actions.

Kid will never play hockey again ! At least mention in your post you hope he is well and recovers.

TRT daddies doing damage control. Everyone knows your style of play and how you're coached every practice. Everyone knows the player who did it and how he plays. Everyone is at their tipping point, and you're going to learn yourself soon

Sad to see a kid get hurt last night, never wanna see that happen, and I hope he’s okay. But man, the way some of those TA parents handled it was wild. One parent in particular, the same guy who was always recording games last year, stirring the pot, chirping kids, and trying to start fights, no surprise he was leading the charge again. It’s one thing to be upset, totally understandable, but to act like it was intentional and carry on like that? Bad example for the kids, bad look overall. Some parents really need to check themselves.

Lol OK trt patents. Goon kid boards a tr kid, crosscheck him in his head while he is down and almost kills the kid
BUT please stay quiet tr parents. It was an innocent play.
My god. Keep the damage control going though.

No one’s saying to stay quiet, of course you’re gonna be upset when a kid gets hurt, that’s natural. But let’s not act like this is something new. Everyone knows how the TA parents (or should I say one specific parent) have been all season, constantly chirping, recording games, trying to stir the pot, yelling at refs and even other kids. There’s been complaints about it for a reason. Maybe it’s frustration that his kid’s just on an average team, who knows. But calling other kids “goons” is ridiculous. These are just strong, physical hockey players playing a tough sport. Things happen, it’s part of the game. Anyway, hoping the TA player is okay, that’s really what matters most.

Up 5-1 and blindside kid in boards several seconds after puck left stuck
Kid on ice convulsing in seizures and foaming at the mouth.
You come on here about how some parents reacted to what was seen. Just shut it and be thankful that it wasn't worse and kid can hopefully recover to normal.
