RD and his family have been people you can't trust since we were kids. His mom was on the Elgin board just so he could be on the team. He wasn't liked by our teammates because he would always talk shit about other players to make himself look better. From what I understand that did not change by the way he talks about parents on his own team.

Seems like the Elgin way, talk shit about parents and kids and create division on your own team. In my day we played for the logo on the front of the sweater and would do anything for our coach because we had respect. Can’t earn respect when you’re not respectful, it’s a modeled behaviour. Let’s try and be better for ours kids
