Never played for him but from what I’m told by friends is MM cares about one kid and one kid only.

His son, who is very good in this age group, will play up a year next season and then pack his bags and go to the GTHL.

Name a parent coach that doesn’t put their kid first? Actually, name any parent that doesn’t care about their kid above everyone else? Who cares. He’s a good coach and cares about all the kids on the team.

MM cares about all the kids. Name me one parent coach you have ever had that didn't have a little favoritism towards there own kid? That's just being a human being. Having said that he cares about all the kids and wants the best for them. Gives more ice time to kids that would not get it on other teams.

I agree and he is showing his commitment by moving up an age group
