Need to develop a team who is playoff ready to do that, not just rely on a few tops kids to perform, will get less effective over the next two years, other teams will catch up as size levels out. Very little coaching, same with VK. The bench strategies they use is just send out the top kids, should save the coaching fees and just have volunteers on the doors.
