Recruiting season on now for next year. What are people thinking about Spring Hockey, Dryland and two practices/week at this age U18AA. Is this really necessary? Dryland isn’t necessary at this stage. Most kids have other sports going on or go the gym. Why do they need to do a bunch of exercises with their teammates?
