The bottom line is this----Being a fully grown adult (or close to) is a MASSIVE advantage, regardless of the year you were born! Ironically, being the most mature has ZERO to do with talent or skill. Unfortunately, we live in world where coaches and parents are blind to talent identification and really could careless. They are involved to try and win now and separate naive parents from their cash. It is a sad state, much like the USA, everything falls on deaf ears and ignorance rules the roost !

their connections or CASH get them on a better team, not talent.
Hypothetically you could exchange the VK D with Rebels D and nothing would change for either team.

Hold on…….. that is entirely bull shet. VK are terribled coached.
