serious question............dont you have to be the clear best in the age group to even be considered for exceptional status? And to be best in the age group, wouldnt you have to start by being the best on your own team? i'm just looking for clarity, cause if its that easy i might put my kids name in the hat for exceptional status.

KO is by far the best D man in North America and should play up. Have you not watched the kid? He kills it up a year as he can play his game and simplify it. BC ask KO to do way to much! Best of luck to the Texas Tornado.................. 123...... we need a D!

He looks lost and confused in big games. Got totally owned by VK in these playoffs and is maybe the 6-7th best player on his own team. Not even top 5 in his age group. Family setting themselves up for humiliation if they’re serious about this.
