2nd best teams would be tier2 or AA
Never watched a Klevr but seems top teams 3-4) play only each other anyway
Case for Klevr would be a really strong tier 2 or if tier 2 can float / feed the rest of a AAA roster just by being around
The top kids are the top anyway….

NYHL is half ice “elite” which is basically MD in OMHA.
Means A hockey.

It’s a gimmick to try and sale parents
Do whatever is best for your kid

Top 2017s are and will continue to be in Klevr. If NYHL actually wants to build, they need to start at U7 or they somehow need to punish players and coaches for being involved in Klevr right before GTHL - but they won’t do that either.

I hear the elite division isn’t half ice. It’s full ice, or 3/4 then full.
