PS is the best tactician, Mac sees the details and gets the kids to practice. But PS makes all the decisions, he was just a sidekick. Replaceable with top D coach. The fact is that other than CM you won't see any of these NYR kids ever play a game in the OHL. Mack is not a great tactical or game planning guy, but he is a great skills coach.
Mack tried to push kids who were his clients over the others and it rubbed everyone the wrong way.
Make no mistake PS is the driving force and always has been.

I would say #16 is the driving force on that team. Put him on any other top 4/5 team and they would be contenders immediately.
