That is true coming from a non SIR parent. He puts the work in, give the guy a lot of credit. Have you interacted with some of those players dads. (TR#23 and the list goes on) He has to recruit, coach and manage the headcase parents. Nothing is go enough for them

If all them kids played on SIR at the same time. Why would you guys all leave for different teams…Why?
You guys would honestly be untouchable. You’d have the best goalie in the league and the two top scorers with 50+ goal this season. The rest of the kids from what I know due the numbers are solid.

If the rumour is ture. All good kids left again this year. WHY?

Wonder what the organization thinks?
I can’t see them being happy & excited watching other organizations win titles & place higher than their own team. That sounds alittle ridiculous.
Watching all the good kids leaving again to join other teams in the same loop.

What was said? The comments before yours all spoke about calling someone a Not allowed etc The rules are ridicules but race is a different conversation

The issue with keeping top end talent is that you have bottom end players that can hardly hold their own at that level. Thus pissing off the top end player who wants to win. Great for ice time and developing the top end player but the mediocre at best players 3-4 will always stay the same and can’t play with the top players.
