MM is a good option to get your feet wet in AAA. If your kid has potential, a good coach will poach you from depths. Till then just be glad you are invited to the dance. You get the snicklefritz of coaches until you prove yourself!
Don’t be worried MM has big plan.
1. Change name to Markham Maple Leafs. That way get prestigious nhl logo and attract good kids to make current best kids better. Current name and logo mean nothing. What is Major anyway?
2. Bring in new coach to make kids even better.
3. Win cup!

Agree they need a rebrand, worst logo in AAA

We’ve been launching balls at 90 mph and diving across fields since childhood playing cricket. That level of athleticism doesn’t just stay in one sport. Once we start shifting that energy into hockey, it’s over. Same reflexes, same grit, just on ice now. Europeans better start stretching.
