It’s been over two months since but this parent cut has great things to say here about Reps every 2 days. here we go again.

Reps lease is not a new trend. Same thing as what keeps happening with TRW each year. This is not uncommon word is JRC did the same. So what’s the big deal.

Guest wrote: Mon Mar 31, 2025 9:51 am You people have no clue what you are saying. Nats have not added all superstars. They had an existing team with a mix of players and added 3 others. Two of them coming back down.
Nats this and nats that, give me a break. They are a Tier 2 Team who barely won the NYHL.Too much talk about this team. They play against T2 teams all year and in tournaments.
I don't know much about DD or the Nats, but we bumped into the head coach at the rink the other day - interesting little fellow. Can someone tell me if this guy actually gets on the ice and runs team practices himself? He doesn't strike me as someone who can skate, let alone command a team practice and develop AAA players.
The guy coaches U12 Nats too who are currently in semi finals who beat Marlies last night 2-0. Haters gonna hate! Matter of fact maybe you should get in your car and head to the rink tonight and watch him coach the game instead of talking shit on here all day everyday.
Aaron get off the website. You're a joke and you take yourself too seriously. No one cares, this is kids hockey not the NHL. Your a glorified Asst coach. Who can't skate.

Ya keep going after the same type of player. Make all star teams so it covers up the lack of coaching DD actually has and that and to shield the coaches kid being their weakest player. Smoke and mirrors, no one will admit it. It's the harsh truth
Build a team around all different types of players, defensive, offensive, playmakers and throw a superstar or two in there. Coaches need to realize it takes more than goal scorers to win long term.
Having too many superstars on a team will work for a year or two but it won’t work long term. Superstars expect to be first line centre and you can only have one. So who do you choose? The guy who has been with you and loyal to you for years or the new “superstar” coming down from playing 2015?
Too many superstars will ruin a team, a lot of coaches are simple minded to realize this. Teams are made up of all different types of people, just like in business. Have different kids who play a roles.
Just stop. There are no 8 year old superstars. You clearly have no experience in AAA in the GTHL so stop talking. "Superstars" don't expect first line centre. The parents do. Get a real coach that can handle and put delirious parents in their place and it's good. Look at the top minor midget teams. They had loads of top end players that are going to get drafted and it worked. Get a clue bud and stop talking about things you clearly have zero experience in.
The facts is nats is a top tier2 team. What happened to them last spring when the coach had a bunch of studs and lost in almost every tournament except for the rigged TBD tournaments. Nats best player is the goalie without him they would be a midpack bottom team
And cue crazy Nats goalie dad. He posts stats of his kid on IG. Talk about a nutbar. Your son doesn't get shots on goal that's not how you get better or develop.

I am not with the Nats but its clear you just did back to back posts …move on, you are better off not being on a team that didn't want you and your son. The boys are 8/9…lots of hockey left , so try to to not burn all your bridges in the first 3 years of AAA dumbass

So when a team is leased for the age group do the coaches have the final decision with rosters or is it the ownership?
