Does anyone love Chesswood Arena as much as I do? I could seriously stay there all day. The energy, the crowd, the rink—it’s like my second home. Every time I walk in, it feels like the world slows down, and all that matters is the game. From the buzzing locker rooms to the sound of skates cutting into the ice, it’s just pure hockey bliss. And don’t even get me started on the vibe outside the arena—beautiful area with a community that makes you feel like you’re part of something bigger. It’s where hockey dreams are born. Not run down at all. I know some people think it’s depressing but I beg to differ. TA call it home and I think it fits the team perfectly. It’s way better than Scotiabank Pond. Everytime I step into Chesswood I feel like I’m in hockey heaven. I almost forgot all the hockey moms are hot at Chesswood, none are old and fat.

It’s going to be a good day when I see coach Joe aka Puckdaddy all decked out in TRT gear. I can just imagine him in the TRT coaching jacket and the Canada First hat.
I hear through the grapevine that he’s trying to push for the national anthem to be played at every game. He’s a stand up guy and we won’t have to worry about him pocketing extra budget money like the TA coach did, not sure of his name?
