Who knows if those kids are even going there.

Interesting, 3 "studs" to CRC, looks like a new top line, that always works out great for a "top" team during an important year. This is panic on the part of the coach. Looking to say X number of kids were drafted from this team, im so good, look at what I can do!Guest wrote: ↑Sun Apr 13, 2025 7:34 amYay! Coach can keep trying but until the culture changes he will never achieve anything more than what he’s already done. CRC peaked 2 years ago and we’ve been watching their decline since.Guest wrote: ↑Mon Apr 14, 2025 8:02 amInteresting, 3 "studs" to CRC, looks like a new top line, that always works out great for a "top" team during an important year. Re: Scta 2010
True statement. If these players are indeed making the move to CRC it’s panic on the part of coaches and a mistake on the part of those kids making the move! The he draft is a prime example of who goes. You don’t need to be on a top team or have top points. You need to be a player teams wantGuest wrote: ↑Mon Apr 14, 2025 8:24 amCoach can keep trying but until the culture changes he will never achieve anything more than what he’s already done. Re: Scta 2010
Culture revolves around one player and our exit was a gift from the coach. We would have stayed had it been our choice, but the difference in confidence and game play from my son has skyrocketed, solely due to the fact that he wasn't worried about being teased by a teammate or getting in trouble for a mistake on the ice and getting even less ice time than normal. Thanks RSGuest wrote: ↑Mon Apr 14, 2025 8:24 amCoach can keep trying but until the culture changes he will never achieve anything more than what he’s already done. Keep your cool coach, you wont make everybody happy, just try to remember you are in control, you make the decisions, you control the ship. You trump all else. Wins and losses also fall on you, maybe time to change courseGuest wrote: ↑Tue Apr 15, 2025 1:28 pmgood riddanceGuest wrote: ↑Mon Apr 14, 2025 9:46 amCulture revolves around one player and our exit was a gift from the coach. Re: Scta 2010
Nothing like the kind words of coach Kid on and off the ice along with sidekicks tweedle d and d. Add coach’s cold response and refusing to acknowledge player’s existence to get a kid motivated and feeling good about themselves and believing they have human worth. Aye there’s the recipe for a positive team environment and growth.Guest wrote: ↑Mon Apr 14, 2025 9:46 amCulture revolves around one player and our exit was a gift from the coach.
