I thought EM has already committed to DV. Will decommitting be a possibility?
Down 5-1 in the series. Down 4-0 in the final game. They still kept CN in the net. JRC is all about parent influence.
It was a one man show for the first and second period. Finally his team joined him on the ice in the third. Give the kid a break.
One man show? CN got his ass put up AGAIN! 3 goals in the first period! He’s become a joke! The team has no confidence in him
JRC was up 2-1 in game 1 and CN let in 2 soft goals in third period. Team lost confidence and never recovered.
Let’s be honest here, JRC wasn’t going to beat TYN’s. If DV had any confidence in EM, he would have played him over CN. EM was brought in to be the backup no more. CN has helped this team win back-to-back championship and EM hasn't won anything. EM's dad needs to get his head out of his ass and realize his kid is average.
JRC's biggest wins this year were with EM in net. We all know why CN plays so much $$$$$ he stunk up the arena every game this series.
DV playing politics over ability cost them dearly. It's the same mistake that people say the cheezies make when TYN lit up XZ.

By all accounts JRC and TM are both toxic environments with demanding, delusional parents and very mediocre coaching. If it weren't for their jersey's these teams would not attract a lot of talent. Kids like EW, JS and JH whose parents pulled their kids out of these cesspools have gotten the last laugh. The many families leaving JRC and TM this year may be celebrating a championship next year too.One thing is for sure, their kids will be enjoying a much more enjoyable hockey experience with competent adults mentoring their children. When you have knowledgable, highly credible hockey people like MR from JRC and POS and MA from TM choosing to leave these organizations because of their negative environments and subpar coaching it speaks volumes. People should be paying attention to things like that before going there instead of the logo on the front of the jersey.

Talking bad about a 11 yrs kid stinking is not what creates a toxic culture right? Losers are losers, that we can agree on.

I don't know if your statement holds water. If these places are so toxic and they might be. Why would these highly knowledgeable and credible hockey people like MR from JRC and POS and MA from TM stick with these teams as long as they did? MR from JRC was there for 2 seasons, MA from TM for 3 season and only POS there for 1 season. Is it possible that these parents are not getting what they think their kids deserve and are just pissed off?

Just to add to this convo I know all but one of the people being discussed here and I know that if you ask them, they'll tell you they weren't happy for a long time. Just because people stayed 1,2, or 3 years doesn't mean things were good, it just takes longer for some people to reach their breaking point or realize that playing for an org is meaningless when the culture is poison. Would RC have had a screaming match with DV in front of the team if everything was great on JRC? Would POS have had to jump in to defend children when the Cheezies were screaming insults at them if TM was a good atmosphere? No to both.

If they weren't going to win then why wouldn't they play EM? You don't make sense. CN played on stacked teams as a 9 and 10 year old and faced less than 10 shots a game. Now that the team isn't as strong he's been exposed. EM is a better goalie and should go to a team like TT or DMF where he can be the #1. Let JRC keep the sieve.

Looking at this as an impartial outsider the JRC goaltending was weak but it wasn't the only problem using really basic analytics.

TYN scored 12 goals in 4 games for a GAA of 4.0.

But JRC only scored 5 goals in 4 games averaging 1.25 goals per game. You won't win many games with that kind of output.

From what I saw 11, 16, 19, 4, 23, 27 were totally invisible and CN was swiss cheese but the coaching was bad too. The JRC forecheck/PP/PK was poorly coached and resulted in TYN getting breakaways every game, sometimes multiple in one game. Thats not the goalies fault. TYN just seemed to have better athletes and BP took DV to coaching school or so it seemed.

I won't comment on the behind the scenes because I have no idea for either team and unlike some on here I choose not to slander people based on assumptions.
