they got better. watch out.
lol...well they got nobody at tryouts...TM, like all teams, had their roster filled long before tryouts.
They lost two of their best forwards. They picked up a forward from the Red Wings. Dumped a couple pieces that didn't get any ice time last year.
They'll be very good of course...but they def didn't get better and there are other teams that are closing the gap with the improvements they made.
This is part of the overall problem with youth hockey, not just in Canada but the US as well. If a team loses its two best players that absolutely changes a team and not for the better. People change teams because they are bored, don't like people on the team, coach looks at them the wrong way, or they think they are just leaving for something better that is going to somehow get their kid ahead. It baffles me the changes I see and then people slam that team when it is NOT the kids' fault that the parents of the two best (or whoever) players decided to move them. It seems like people get joy out of seeing good teams take a fall or get worse. In the US it is happening at this level - all of the talented players are going to the top 2 teams in a league because of the Q. They will basically have no competition to play again other than each other (which isn't often). The Q tournament ruins teams and then they all seem to move teams again after that.
MM parent and coach have entered the chat again. What improvements did the team make to jump 2 spots. Rumor is only 2 players stuck around worse return rate than last year. Can’t make a jump with a team built from AA players those kids good or not will not adjust quickly enough to make an impact

There are improvements on all teams. The G got better, the omha got worse. I am telling you the facts. No one cares about the omha any further, yes there are a few good players on some omha teams that will eventually leave as well. Alliance players are still good but the fact is the open borders means GTHL is the premier league. As far as the MM, TRW, NYR and MR, it’s obvious that only kids that were cut whether it is a parent cut or performance cut, those parents come here and talk smack about coaches and other parents. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure them out. Move on, coming here and thrashing people just tells people about your character.

"Rumour" is wrong. Only 2 were invited back, the rest were let go.
