He’s recruiting and preparing for u16 AA

Maybe it was time for a rebuild at JRC. Never count out a team with that level of history.

everyone left, there was no rebuild.
everyone new are just bit pieces, none were the go to guy on their respective teams.
i wonder how honest the head recruiter was when he sold the dream to the new kids

That’s a huge drop at JRC. Coach at fault?

JRC and their staff are a joke! Calling EVERYONE like a 1-800 call centre and parents stupid enough to answer...

"Hey!!!! Come to JRC where all our top players leave to go to real programs, giving you the opportunity to be a stop gap, until U16, when we cut you, leaving you to find another program in the biggest year of your career!"

These coaches are real douchebags manipulating these stupid jersey chasers.... but like the saying goes....

Jersey chasers are gonna fall into the JRC trap. The kids that left are smart. They will go to programs which will help them. JRC coach didn’t develop any of the guys but he has built his way into management where he will continue to milk them and lead astray naive parents.
