Re: 2016 AAA
Nats should be top team next season. Kids playing up coming down. All you can talk all the nonsense you want but the guy has coached this group for many years. His team plays like a team and doesn’t have kids trying to go the length of the ice. My kid is not even on that team but the obvious is obvious. JRC should be second or third but the top line will play heavy minutes. The top D pair from Raiders Silver will also play heavy minutes. Second line will get some run as well and If handles it well will help the first line. Third line will be in for a long season. Besides the top line annd maybe some from the second Everyone else is just there to fill the roster and ease the monetary pressure. TM will do well and questions about experience are overblown. The biggest difference between these 3 teams will be chemistry and coaching. JRC coach is getting his first head coach gig and lacks the experience so the Raiders Silver coach will provide the support of and TM coach has coached spring and a year with Raiders.

You sound like an early cut from JRC running your mouth again.Guest wrote: ↑Tue Apr 22, 2025 8:26 pm Nats should be top team next season. Kids playing up coming down. Nat's will fight for third wih VK. They lack scoring depth.
JRC will fight with TM for first spot. Both teams have an abundance of talent and depth and good goaltending.
DMF in fifth.
The rest will battle for sixth to bottom.

Nats is strong, likely in 1st place. 5 new forwards from year up and KSL teamsGuest wrote: ↑Wed Apr 23, 2025 12:06 amYou sound like an early cut from JRC running your mouth again.Guest wrote: ↑Tue Apr 22, 2025 8:26 pm Nats should be top team next season. Re: 2016 AAA
so its an all star team is what your saying. No coaching required just open the door and just go out there and wheel around like 9 year old hockey is meant to be played right? give your heads a shake guys. These parents are so closed minded. Trophy chasers. The Guy cant coach for shitGuest wrote: ↑Wed Apr 23, 2025 10:46 amNats is strong, likely in 1st place.
Are we going negative again and going on a coaches bash ?
I might not know too much about hockey but I do know one thing. The biggest job a coach has is recruiting players. You can be the best coach in the world but if you don't have the players to coach then your coaching tools are useless. This is AAA. We are out of toddler hockey. The onus is now on the parent/player to develop skills and the coach needs to apply those skills in team structure. In minor hockey from u10-u16, recruiting is 75% of coaching.

Re: 2016 AAA
How do you think AD can’t coach. His team has faired well and he’s coached AAA.
Re: 2016 AAA
Nats have a lot of strong personalities and I think they removed some problem parents. Let the team record do the talking. Some coaches will start with many talented players capable of carrying the team, some with not elite players which is the case for the most part. All coaches will have their challenges. The ones with many talented players will have to get the players to mesh altogether. The teams with not the same level of talent will have to use the specific skill set and elevate the weaker skills.
The most important issue will be puck movement. JRC, Nats, TM all have one thing in common they are all looking for open players and making the right plays. If the weaker teams can incorporate puck movement and making the right plays they will do well also but will be for who fills the 4-6 spots.

Re: 2016 AAA
Who cares what he thinks, he's clearly a parent cut…AD’s credentials are great, I know parents on his older team who say great things about him and he’s built a competitive team for U10 as good players and families want to play for him. Proof will be in how team progresses through the year.Guest wrote: ↑Wed Apr 23, 2025 12:15 pm How do you think AD can’t coach. His team has faired well and he’s coached AAA.
