Seriously. Who goes out of their way to make up complete lies like that? He’s on the team, never cut. Enough already.

The only way he’s on the team is if he threatened his way on. My son is actually on the team and we know he was cut. It’s not a secret. If the team caves in to these threats and the parents temper tantrum then expect the parent group to have a huge problem with it.

So many people talking about this at the rink. It is true HB was cut from DMF on Sunday. The coaches tried to do a solid and called 3 teams trying to find him a spot but no takers. DMF coaches sent out the registration link Monday and accidentally included HB and another kid who had been cut. Coaches called both kids parents right away and an explained and apologized for the mistake . First family was ok with it but HB parents said they got the link so they are entitled to a spot - even though they had already been cut the day before and the coach called to say the email was a mistake right away. HB parents then freaked out and confronted DMF staff yelling and screaming the way many people have described already and mom leaving nasty phone messages.
The whole situation is silly and embarrassing because teams can release anyone they want until November so no matter what HB is not on the team. It’s crazy that parents of a cut try to force their way into a team because of a mistake email that the coaches apologized for. The parents need to stop humiliating themselves and move on.

The coach would just laugh in their face and rip the card up. Mommy and daddy don’t get to dictate anything.

Well I looked into this myself and he doesn’t have a card. So the story DOES sound like it’s true. I also spoke to a coach who was contacted by DMF asking if they had a spot for HB because DMF cut him last weekend.

I also checked and HB is NOT LISTED ON THE DMF ROSTER ON SPORDLE PAGE, so your talk about the “card” makes no sense. Every other player on DMF is already registered with the team. If HB was actually on the team, he would be registered. He is not.

There is no arguing this. I’m guessing that these crazy comments about him being on the team are from HB parents. Stop slandering the DMF coaches because they’ve done nothing wrong. The kid did not make the team and the parents are acting like spoiled children. Don’t blame the coaches!

Hey Mr detective, please share how you see this roster on spordle? We have all tried and can’t see any roster on our teams. I don’t know how you have such access.
