I think it's about time we started a thread just for the East since all we see in the other thread is West chatter.

Congrats to NT for representing the East well! Here's to next season being as competitive as this one was.

I agree it is SIR

How are the teams in the east looking for U11, who made the most/best changes, who got worse?

Will there be a change at the top for next year or the same teams battling it out for the top and bottom?

NT only a couple of kids changed, will set the bar again
NYK changed half their roster and got some AAA cast offs
LF made just a handful of changes (approx. 3) from the loop
SIR made approx. 3 changes from the loop
EE made about 5 changes, kids from the loop
WH folded
TRT made a handful of changes (4-5) I hear some AAA kids (TRW??)
MI came on strong in the playoffs, made a few upgrades
SYB got some WH kids
Aero’s made a lot of changes

What's everyone's predictions for next year. I'm going with below.

Pretty accurate. Will be a top 4 and a bottom 5. NT brought back the same roster, should run away with the East. LF and SIR both got better, SIR in particular picked up the top TRT dman. NYK's is a mystery box this year. Coach from last year blew up the roster on his way out the door, so they are behind where they were last year. Half the team and both goalies are new.
