The entire loop should be cheering on and focused around TBD and PH. We all in this loop want them to do as well as possible. The goal here is to have the #1 and #2 teams at the Brick. June is Brick month, declared today!
My favorite part of this weekend was watching our parents yell at eachother due to their kids not passing. So classy , can't wait for Edmonton to come and go, arguably the worst mistake I ever made for my child.

My kids friend not at brick looks better then the majority of kids playing brick.
Are the coaches doing anything about that, or did they just choose a bunch of selfish all-stars who don’t pass?

I know a few kids playing that were on WW this year. They passed when they were Wildcats. Also played against some of the “stars” of the GTHL. They seemed to “take” a lot of passes but didn’t seem to “make” as many…
I want to know how much Hockey Equality and Everest paid to get LA and HB all that undeserved ice time (which lost us the game)

The Brick is the biggest scam going for clueless parents. The real players ... the ones gearing up to peak in their OHL draft year ... aren’t anywhere near a Brick team. Guaranteed. They're doing something entirely different with their summers.

Same story, every year.

I am really happy to see the PHD and TBD teams continue to struggle against top teams. I took my kid to both tryouts and he’s on a top 4 team and performed well but didnot get picked. I was worried he would be missing out on something big so thought about making a few calls. I didn’t and now glad I didn’t. When they struggle I am happy because me kid isn’t missing out on much expect top tier practices that I am fixing with privates at Ford anyways. If those teams were doing well I’d struggle to see them win knowing my kid should b out there

Love the parents wearing their Bricks uniforms and walking around. Priceless.

Just a bad weekend for PH they'll bounce back to many talented forwards on that group to not put the puck in the net :D TBD starting to play better

I watched a few games of PH and TBD, both teams are getting better and had close games against others. PH I think needs to start playing the kids that are playing well to have a chance. They seem to be putting the same 2 or 3 kids over and over with no results. TBD D are getting much better as time goes on. Forwards still need to get faster

Both teams getting better and both teams rolling the lines as they should in the lead up tournaments. Wishing both teams good luck. It would be nice for a Toronto team to take it home this year.

Real future hockey players are out playing baseball and soccer right now, not chasing the fake-dream Brick tournament. They're all-around athletes, not rink rats burning out by 13. And no, they’re not doing endless privates at Ford either. They’re off the ice.

Sure, midget legends like Guido’s kid and SR look unstoppable at U10/U11 - until the AA Animal shows up at U15 and folds them like lawn chairs. You heard it here first.
