Does anyone have any advice on EOJHL teams to steer clear of??

I already heard from Kiye Echlin that Perth is a joke organization. And I know of Brockville and Cornwall's (Jr A) history of burying kids. But what are the top teams (other than the standings)? Anyone have good GM/Coach experiences?
