Everyone coming in will always be promised time, that why they’re coming in. It’ll be up to the kids to battle to figure out who’s who.

POS does not fall into place. He was in Oakville because they guarantee him full control. He cannot operate any other way. He knows this very well about himself. I would do the same thing if I were him. The deal he made with the VK owners was conditional upon one year of complete control. He prepared the owners that there will be some unhappy parents throughout next season. No parent is going to coach a team and out his kid on the 3rd line. POS is no exception. He is creating an opportunity for his kid. Doesn’t even matter how well the team does as long as his boy is getting minutes with the best players. Period. Ain’t no falling into place happening. Like it or leave it.

CS will cut him. He cut the twins and they were nephews to the owners. CS does not care he is in charge or he will leave. Book it

Twins brought no value to the owner other than family. POS comes with a very ROI. POS > CS. Book it.

Guess you have never seen POS manage a bench during a high stakes game. Composure goes out the window, makes kids anxious, kids make mistakes, team loses. Good luck VK. POS development was recruiting all of the OMHA players to OR. Then losing to HH and HS in regular season and playoffs to teams full of kids he cut from OR in previous years. OR didn’t make it out of the first round of OMHA’s. Results are poor. But hey, I am confident he can become a coach that can develop players and obtain results overnight after all he did play in the nhl.
