What are you ranting about bud? No one knows what you’re talking about but one thing is certain, Aeros don’t stand a chance in the playoffs and I say that with all due respect.

Aeros coaches ruined the team over the last few seasons messing around with the roster too much. They've had a lot of good players on the roster and they've managed them all out of the rosters. I don't know if that was politics or money or personalities or just other opportunities, but they really messed up what could have been a top team over the years.

Not the coaches fault. They were dealing with a few primadonnas that thought their kid were the superstars of the team and fighting over ice time. It’s a common occurrence on a lot of teams. What can you do?

NYK are best/worst example of this. Go back a few years and their 2009 program was so dominant. AA team was incredible. A team was good enough to compete against AA teams even. And then they got in their own way with politics and messed the whole thing up and now they're a last place team.

It’s challenging dealing with all these personalities. I get the parents feeling that their child should get more ice time because everyone wants the best for their kid but the coaches have to do what they feel is right for the team even if it hurts feelings. This is organized sports and part of life and you can’t shelter your kid, it’s going to happen on any team you play for. Getting mad and quitting teams because you don’t get your own way doesn’t teach your child anything.

How is that going to work? Aeros have 2 games left and are at 32 points. They win both, they finish with 36. SIR in 3rd already has 39 plus 3 more games to play.
