I agree, did Leaside only win last night because of their goalie? Or were they overall the better team
LF lacks discipline and have a few problematic players. Not to mention the bench which are mostly entitled douche bags.
They would beat the shit out of every team in the league they are overall the best by far
Leaside is a dirty Not allowed team, douche bag couch and number 50 is short but a dirty player. Last game against Scarborough he broke a kids wrist by intentionally hitting the guy because they were down 5-1. Just shows how big of sore losers the players and the coaching staff do not help out at all.
Funny how playing SIR turns every team into a bunch of goons and cheap shot artists.
Every team seems to want to intimidate SIR but it doesn’t seem to work. If teams would put forth a better effort into playing the outcomes might be different. It was a cheap hit but the kids wrist isn’t broken.
“Every team seems to want to intimidate SIR”
This statement reveals everything about SIR parents.
NT has been 1st for much of the season. Does every team try to intimidate them?
Look in the damn mirror. If your kids are routinely being hit, hacked and kneed, it’s way more likely to be retaliation than intimidation.

Does it??? Seems like it’s a true statement. Agree look in the mirror if your kid is out there throwing knees elbows and dirty hits it’s probably a product of your parenting skills. Teach them to lose with grace or play better

It’s important for parents to understand that hockey, especially at the single level, is just a fun experience for their kids right now—it's not a stepping stone to professional careers or championships. While it's great to support your child's passion for the sport, it's crucial to remember that the majority of players will only ever play at this level. So, rather than getting caught up in future expectations or living vicariously through the game, it’s time to focus on what really matters: your own life, your own happiness, and helping your child enjoy the present moment. Hockey should be a healthy and fun outlet, not a source of stress or obsession. Let the kids play, and parents, take a step back to relax.

Well put, I don’t think anyone thinks thier kid is going pro but I also don’t need my child being injured based on some reckless kid being a suck. Teach your children to win and lose with grace and respect

NT and LF are very similar. Well coached and play a smart team game, but not as talented as the other top teams and rely too much on goaltending. I'm not sure they are true contenders.

Not sure I’d say this was a big upset. I think Leaside has now beaten every team ahead of it in the standings. Top 7 teams are very close.

That kid is a goat #50 had the best hit I've ever seen, the kid he hit is a Not Allowed and is soft, coming from a sb parent that hit was crazy good it was insane #50 should get praised didn't like 98 anyway

If some kid purposely takes cheap shots at my kid, I’m taking it out on the dad in the parking lot.
