Thanks! Do you when they are having tryouts? What is the best way to try to make the team? We are in AA now but ready to make the jump to AAA.
Do you enjoy planting tulips?
I know a lady on DMF that loves doing that 🤣
A big helping of throat yogurt for that hefty lass!

All these problems are because the organizations don't care about their programs culture. Every organization should have full control of the day to days operations of every team. A couple things that would help control parent interference and coaching integrity.

Starting with coaches – hold legit interviews with coaches (every year) that have a proven history of teaching the game and personal accomplishments that support the role they are applying for.

Tryouts – The coach, and three other bipartisan individuals assigned by the organization select the final roster. Each will compare their selections, and the coach will provide an explanation for each of his selections. Remember, the coaches are paid, so this is a employee position and the organization should treat it as such.

All team managers are assigned by the organization. That manager will be responsible for reporting any coaching and parent issues back to the organization as well as provide transparency regarding all team fees and costs.
Orgs only care about collecting their fees. I agree with you, but it won’t happen.
lol that was beautifully written. “Your kid may suck and is an absolute liability on the ice, but Not Allowed atleast he is not retarded and plays AAA.”

That had me chuckling, you people are from another planet
That’s the type of response from someone that had to pay for this kids spot. Suggestions like this make you nervous? Would these change’s end your days in AAA? The GTHL needs to get rid of trash like this!
Maybe you should go to a few skates and see where you line up and if this is actually for you and where you line up. But it seems like you may not have been to any skates or not been invited to them and now you are angry. Skills say it and if he has it which I am sure he does display the talent at another team skate and he will get picked up. If not enjoy A and leave AAA talk. Advice...get more skating and more skill and come back you always can. Your kid is big right? So hitting starts soon as you say and changes everything. People keep saying that which is true but for the next few years there is no hitting so your big kid is irrelevant. Come back in two years when it is and show us all how the coaches and teams made the mistake. Right now the smallest player can easily coast around your giant so its a non issue. Go learn to skate and get some hockey IQ come back and compete.
You paid for your kids spot 🤣

Call greedy coach or parents in charge to book your B-skate :) Then enjoy 30-60 kids on ice.
