What would you say the percentage of MM kids drafted to the OHL make the team? Will most kids that don’t make the initial roster play in the OJHL or another Junior league or play U18?

The kid who made the top prospects game is the back up… MV started the same kid back to back vs Marlies and TT. The real #1 HC not LK

If you’re drafted in the top 3 rounds , I’d say you have better than a 50% chance of sticking. After that, you’ll probably be playing at some junior level for a year or 2.
U18 will most likely be for the kids who went at the bottom of the draft.

JRC has never defined a #1 or backup. They go with the hot hand and that can change as witnessed by past years. HC has beaten DMF twice and LC at the SS therefore it’s been earned. LK will have plenty of opportunity to shine moving forward.

You’ll stick if you’re drafted in the first round. After that it’s anyone’s guess based on the teams needs

I’m not apart of the TT, can I still get an invite for steaks and parties?

This is a weak draft class compared to previous years. No real standouts or players that have been consistent game in and game out. Scouts are noticing several flaws in the top kids available. There’s a lot of head scratching going on.

The TT hockey Christmas party isn’t just a celebration, it’s a full blown spectacle. Picture this: steaks, lobsters, turkey, every fancy side you can dream of, and a spread of appetizers so loaded that even the NHL All Star Game catering would be jealous. There’s a smoothie bar for the health conscious and a chocolate fondue station for those fully embracing the off season diet.

The DJ spins non stop hits while parents hit the dance floor like they're auditioning for Dancing with the Stars. Meanwhile, raffles offer big money prizes, forget gift baskets, we’re talking serious payouts.

And just when you think it couldn’t get any fancier, trays of perfectly crafted Italian pastries make their grand entrance like royalty at a coronation. By midnight, half the parents are trading war stories about tournament weekends while the other half are strategizing how to “win” next year’s raffle. It’s not just a party, it’s hockey’s version of the Met Gala.

Kid that made prospects is better. Promises to other kid parents dont make him #1. Heard they split games up to now unlike other top teams where there is clear starter if you count games. Neither look top prospects regardless. Our backup better than both.
